Our mission is to help our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals by providing personalized training and individualized recommendations for lifestyle modifications. Fitness is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level but each person is very unique in body type, motivation, goals, genetics, health conditions and life experiences.

At Muscle Energy Health & Fitness, we offer a variety of Virtual workout sessions to help you achieve your fitness and functional goals. Our workouts are tailored to your specific needs and fitness level. Whether you want to build muscle, improve your cardiovascular fitness, maintain your daily independence, or manage a health issue per recommendation of your healthcare provider.  We can tailor a workout for you.

Welcome to Muscle Energy, your one-stop destination for virtual workout programs. We offer

individual and small group LIVE Virtual Exercise Training sessions for Aging Adults.

FITNESS AND WELLNESS FOR AGING ADULTS

At Muscle Energy, we understand the importance of staying fit and healthy, especially as we age.

We offer virtual exercise training programs that are specifically designed for aging adults. Our

programs help you slim down and tone up, and improve your overall health and well-being. Join

Our virtual workout programs are instructed by Eric Hill. He has over 25 years of extensive

training in fitness and rehabilitation. The workouts are tailored to meet the specific needs of

aging adults. We offer a wide variety of balance, agility, strength, and stretch workouts.

 

Individual Training

We provide custom exercise plans tailored to you and your goals.  These workouts have 3 time

lengths depending on your needs or budget.  We offer 30 minutes $50, 45 minutes $65, and 60

minutes at $85.  All pricing is at per session rates.

Small Group Functional Fitness 8-12 Clients

Our virtual small group personal training services are perfect for those who enjoy having well-

programmed workouts in the space and comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.

​

Specialized Small Group Sessions 8-12 Clients

Specialized Small group training classes such Tai Chi and Strong Bones and Balance classes

focus on exercises which aid in improving balance, strength and flexibility.

Post-Rehab Workouts

Post-Rehab Personal Training is directed towards further progressing the clients’ functional

deficits that remain after discharge from physical therapy, chiropractic or occupational therapy.

 

Other Workout Options

Other plans can be tailored to workout out with a 2- 4 partners together at a discounted rate to the

each individual.
