There are three major roles I assume as a fitness professional Teacher, Coach, and Guide

Teacher

The paramount responsibility of a health and fitness professional is to educate and enlighten you, the client, with the foundation of knowledge that will enable you to make positive lifestyle modifications in order to reach your personal goals.

Coach

The fitness professional must be a motivational leader who inspires you to perform to higher levels. I will also celebrate your progress.

Guide

This role is significant in the journey that we will embark on together.  I look at each individual as a new textbook, and his/her progress is a new chapter in a story of success.  I must apply a sound knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, your current fitness level, any medical concerns and the manipulation of the variables of fitness to optimize results.

“A little bit of something is a whole lot better than a whole lot of nothing.”

But, regular physical activity and a well-planned exercise regimen have been proven to prevent and manage chronic disease.
