Personal Profile

Eric Hill is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that has over 25 years' experience in fitness and rehabilitation and has dedicated his career to working to helping clients improve their overall health and wellbeing.

 

He has a deep passion for movement and how it has a positive impact on individual and community wellness. He believes in an Active Aging Philosopy of life.  This is a conviction that fitness is proven pivotal factor in our quality of life and is also significant in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.  This led him to pursue fitness credentials and training in the areas of Public Health and Chronic Disease Management.  He is  certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist and is Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) certified.  The EIM certification recognizes Eric Hill as a trusted fitness professional by healthcare providers. In collaboration with the clients healthcare providers, Eric is trained to provide clients with evidence based information and  exercise prototcols to safely use exercise to manage their health challenges and chronic diseases.  He uses a functional training approach to fitness and wellness, focusing on building strength, endurance, and flexibility while also promoting mental and emotional wellbeing.
